DORUFOAM natural rubber is manufactured by Dong Phu Rubber Technical JSC, a processing facility that turns Vietnamese latex into export-grade SVR, RSS, and concentrated latex. Production runs through controlled coagulation, mechanical processing, and in-house laboratory testing, so every batch leaving the plant carries a consistent, verifiable specification.

From Latex to Export-Ready Rubber
Step 01 — Coagulation
Field latex is coagulated in controlled tanks, the first step that determines the consistency of every finished grade.
Step 02 — Crumb Rubber Processing
Coagulum is broken down and washed into crumb rubber, removing impurities before drying.
Step 03 — Laboratory Testing
Every batch is tested in-house for plasticity, Mooney viscosity, dirt content, and color before release.
Step 04 — Export Packaging
Approved batches are baled and crated to export specification, ready for container loading.
